Privacy

Short version: we keep only what you send us, use it to run Bot Quest, and never sell it.

What we store

• Daily email signups: your email address and when you signed up, so we can send the daily quest.
• Sponsor inquiries: what you type into the sponsor form (email, company, website, message), so we can reply.
• Completion counter: when you tap "I did it", we add one to an anonymous count for that quest. To avoid double counting, we keep a one-way hash of your network address and the quest number for two days. That hash can't be turned back into your address.
• Your streak: your results and streak live only in your browser (localStorage). They're never sent to us. Clearing your browser data resets them.

Everything is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site (Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV).

Spam protection

When you submit a form, we keep your IP address for about 60 seconds to stop automated spam. After that it's deleted automatically.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent or trade your information.
• No advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
• Sponsors never receive your email address.

Removal and questions

To have your email or inquiry deleted, or to ask about your data, send a message through the contact form on the Sponsor page. Include the email address you used and the words "Remove my data". We'll delete it and confirm.
